Joe Joseph, a professional football player for the Washington Redskins was arrested on charges of driving under the influence less than 24 hours after playing in NFL road game. According to the California Highway Patrol, the San Diego County traffic accident report over the three-day New Year's holiday weekend stated that one person was killed and 60 others were arrested for San Diego DUI. These numbers were according to the California Highway Patrol report starting Friday evening at 6 PM and ending at 11:59 PM on Sunday. The deaths occurred in the early morning hours on Saturday in La Mesa in which a 53-year-old man was hit by a car while walking across the street.
